2. Service Description

TappedIn provides a digital loyalty platform connecting customers with independent cafes. We are not responsible for the redemption of rewards, which is solely the responsibility of the participating cafes.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to game the loyalty system, or use the service for any illegal activities.

4. Cafe Responsibilities (For Owners)

Cafe owners agree to honor the rewards earned by customers through the TappedIn platform according to the rules set within their dashboard. TappedIn reserves the right to suspend cafes that consistently fail to honor rewards.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
